Last.FM’s Best of 2011 The Year In Music bit is perhaps the most interesting comparing activity with big musical events in 2011 such as White Stripes’ breakup, LCD Soundsystem’s farewell show, and Amy Winehouse’s death. But what caught my eye was the Top Artists list. 3. Foster the People We were just talking about Foster the People on the KGBcast last night and I had no idea they were this popular. The third most listened to artist on all of last.fm? Really? And who in the blue hell is Christina Perri?
